Delete your Cassino X account
Cassino X is a free South African card game made by Mts Games.
This page explains how to permanently delete your Cassino X account and the
data associated with it.
Request deletion by email
Email us and we will delete your account and its data. This works even if you
have already uninstalled the game or cannot sign in.
Email a deletion request
- Send the email from any address — the one you signed up with works best,
but it is not required.
- Include your in-game name so we can find the right record.
- Never send your password. We will never ask for it.
We action deletion requests within 30 days, normally much sooner,
and reply to confirm when it is done.
Deleting inside the app
The email request above works today and is the fastest route.
An in-app option is being added in the next update
(v0.21.3). Once you are on that version you can delete the
account yourself without emailing anyone:
- Open Cassino X
- Tap
SETTINGS
- Tap
Account, then Delete my account
- Confirm — the account and its data are removed immediately
Until you are updated to v0.21.3, use the email request above.
What gets deleted
- Your account itself (the name and password sign-in)
- Your player record: level, XP, wins, streak and board scores
- Your in-game coin (TC) balance and any staked coins
- Your referral link and referral records attached to your account
What is kept, and why
- Anonymous gameplay events already collected — a random
per-install id, the level reached, whether a match finished, and ad
impressions. These carry no name, email or account id, so they cannot be
traced back to you and are not deleted individually. They age out.
- Aggregated totals (for example an overall count of matches
played) which contain no personal information.
